Melinda Moudy

Melinda, a long time resident of Bay City has been practicing real estate for the last few years.  She earned her license from Texas Tech in 2009.  Prior to her career in Real Estate, she was in Retail Management for four years, and earned an assistant nursing degree from Brazosport College.   Melinda’s love for the great outdoors gives her a better appreciation for Real Estate ownership, and a desire to see people obtain that ownership.

Melinda has two children who work and live in Bay City.
